Aqua Aerobics!
This is a most enjoyable activiity to do whilst relaxing on your holidays and it also helps to exercise your body at the same time.
Trish Anderton who is the local Pilates Instructor is now also trained for Aqua Aerobics and is happy to come to Casa Pino Solo for a good work out!!

As a Pilates Instructor i know the importance of not putting stress on the joints and exercising in water reduces this stress and provides resistance so you are burning calories whilst having fun.
Aqua aerobics is a low impact exercise that helps to burn fat and a typical session lasting around 45 mins to the hour burns around 300 calories.

It is perfect at Casa Pino Solo as the pool is heated giving you all year round activities so if your interested in joining me for a workout for only 10 euros per person for the hour please book through Lisa the owner.
