Horse Riding

Cortijo Las Minas is situated 10 minutes from Casa Pino Solo and the centre has newly built stables for 12 horses,outdoor school with floodlighting,bar with terrace and changing rooms.All different riding sessions are available including hour rides,day sessions and even weekends. The riding lessons are for all levels and all ages so perfect for you to enjoy whilst your on your holidays here.

During our 2 week stay at Casa Pino Solo we decided to take part in horse riding.The stables were about 5 minutes down the road which was very convenient.On arrival we were greeted by English staff (which was helpful as we had limited Spanish) but within 5 minutes we were kitted up with very fetching helmets!! Also we met the horses we would be riding.

Beck was on Estrella,i was on Chernoa,Jamie was on Carinosa and Ellie was on Sally.They were all very beautiful horses and very well kept.The stables and surroundings set a very relaxing atmosphere.When riding the instructors were very friendly and gave tips and nice conversation along the trek.The activity was an hour long and the scenary and views of olive grove mountains were amazing.As the sun shone down and the cool breeze blew,it was perfect as the stable dogs ran beside us we trotted round the track.Soon we came to the end of the ride and i just wanted it to continue.

I really enjoyed it as its an experience i dont get to take part in at home.I would definately recommend it to anyone who likes relaxing but exciting activities on an amazing and fun filled holiday at Casa Pino Solo!
