“Aux petits soins” Reviewed 11 May 2013 NEW ... Que rajouter à ce qui a été déjà dit ? Nous avons effectivement pu constater que tout ce que nous avions pu lire sur cet endroit était vrai : un lieu propre, calme, accueillant, convivial. Des prestations "surclassées" par rapport au prix ! Lisa et Nigel sont très à l'écoute, tout en restant discrets. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leur demander conseil car ils connaissent vraiment bien la région, au demeurant très belle, et regorgeant de sites à découvrir. We were so lucky to arrive to blue skies and sunshine for the start of our fabulous week at Casa Pino Solo. The fact that the swimming pool is heated is a huge plus at this time of year and made it possible for the whole family, including 5 year old and 1 year old grandchildren, to swim happily in the pool for long periods. Then of course there is the brilliant, HUGE jaccuzzi to get into to warm up after the swim.......or to indulge with a glass of excellent Spanish Cava and admire the sensational views. The villa is set in the midst of beautiful rolling hills, olive groves, and the view from the upper terrace is really uplifting. The location of the villa is ideal as it is close to the charming village and lake of Iznajar and for the more adventurous, Cordoba, Granada and Seville are all reachable. But as all reviewers have said, this property and this holiday is made extra special by the lovely owners, Lisa and Nige, who go out of their way to ensure all your needs are met and that nothing should get in the way of you having a perfect holiday. What really makes this place are the hosts, Nigel and Lisa. They treat you like family. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always just an email or phone call away. We stayed in the rooftop apartment overlooking breathtaking scenery. The apartment contains all you will need whether you choose to eat in or to partake of one of the many restaurant suggestions provided in your information book in the apartment. Bedding is lovely. English satellite TV and free internet are a bonus. The village of Iznajar is charming but beware of narrow and steep streets if driving. Better to park and walk. Don't miss the cemetery. It's worth a look. You can travel to many places from Casa Pino Solo. If you prefer not to drive, a friend of the owners will gladly take you to what you would like to visit. We recommend Casa Pino Solo highly. Room Tip: The Casa can be rented out in its entirety making it a great place for families or groups

“Good Times at Casa Pino Solo in Iznajar.” Reviewed 28 February 2013 NEW Three weeks in Jan and Feb at a wonderful place. This is the time to tour if one does not like extreme heat. The propriators, Lisa and Nigel, were so helpful and accessable to us in suggesting places to go and things to do in addition to our plans. The accomodations are great and everything worked. Sat TV in English, French, Spanish and German are available. The terrace in the Sun is great along with the views of the olive groves and the flowering almond trees -- beautiful! This place is convenient to all of the local places as well as the well known cities of Andalucia. Go, stay and viist! Room Tip: The upstairs rooms/terrace have views in all 4 directions

Comentario 5941931 ""NUESTRO PRIMER VIAJE EN FAMILIA"" Hemos estado en Casa Pino Solo para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi pareja, y se han dado todas las condiciones necesarias para que sea un viaje inolvidable, era el primer viaje que hacíamos en familia, con nuestra bebé de 8 meses y ha sido muy buena opción la de elegir este alojamiento. En esta ocasión, por ir con la pequeña, yo era mucho más exigente que en cualquier otra, y Nigel y Lisa han satisfecho con creces todas mis expectativas. La casa está dotada de todo lo necesario tanto para la pareja como para familias, bebés, etc. Disponiendo de 2 juegos de toallas por personas, más batas para el jacuzzi, menaje de cocina completo, cuna, trona para la niña, todo lo que necesitábamos para pasar tres días. Hay que resaltar la limpieza impecable de todas las estancias del apartamento, ni una mota de polvo, y todo muy ordenado. El hecho de darte un baño en un jacuzzi en pleno invierno a las 10 de la noche al "aire libre" y disfrutando del aire puro de la sierra, con el agua a una temperatura ideal, no tiene precio. Nigel es una persona encantadora, desde que llegamos se preocupó porque estuviéramos cómodos y todo fuese perfecto, ofreciéndonos alternativas de salidas, restaurantes, etc. A Lisa no tuvimos oportunidad de conocerla hasta el último día, pero es una mujer muy agradable, ha estado atenta al teléfono a cada minuto, dándonos indicaciones de como llegar, y respondiendo instantáneamente a cada correo, etc. Sin duda, ha sido una estancia muy agradable! Y estamos deseando repetir, la próxima vez con la familia, para que también disfruten de ese entorno y esas comodidades, nos ha encantado todo!!! “Tolle Woche in Andalusien” Reviewed 24 February 2013 NEW Nochmal vielen Dank für den schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Die Anlage ist super in Schuß, der Whirlpool am Abend echt klasse. Lisa und Nige kümmern sich um alles (vom Leihen von DVDs, über eine Liste mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc.) und Du kannst sie alles fragen. Wir hatten sogar ein "Startpaket" an Lebensmitteln bei Ankunft erhalten. Super Lage zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeiten (Granada, Malaga, Cordoba, etc.). “Iznájar and More” Reviewed 20 February 2013 NEW There’s a casa in Spain with one pine, Among almonds and olives and wine, If you have the idea, To see Andalucía, Call Lisa and Nige for a great time! We used Case Pino Solo as a base location for day trips to the Alpujarra, Morocco and many points in-between. It was great to have a cozy place with all necessary amenities to call home at the end of a long day or just to relax and enjoy the local pace. Lisa and Nige were very attentive to our every need but at the same time gave us the privacy that we wanted. While we traveled as a couple for this visit, I hope that we will one day return to share the charms of Iznájar with family and friends. Stayed February 2013, travelled as a couple

Cadre idyllique et accueil charmant” Reviewed 19 February 2013 NEW Malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis de manière fort sympathique avec quelques provisions dans le réfrigérateur pour notre premier repas et petit déjeuner. Appartement très propre et coquet. Dés notre arrivée, Nigel a pris le temps de nous faire visiter les lieux, a répondu très gentiment à nos questions et nous a conseillé pour les visites. Très bien situé, dans un cadre magnifique au milieu des oliviers, calme et reposant. Emplacement idéal pour les visites de Cordoue, Séville, Grenade, Antequera, Ronda. Sites intéressants à proximité. Lisa et Nigel sont adorables, font preuve d'une grande disponibilité et ne comptent pas leur temps pour nous rendre service, que ce soit pour un dépannage Internet, une confirmation de réservation d'un vol ou tout autre demande. ““Beautiful & Relaxing place” Reviewed 12 February 2013 NEW We just spent a wonderful week at Casa Pino Solo. Lisa and Nigel could not have been more gracious and accommodating. The poolside apartment is not only beautiful with lovely scenery, but is also as comfortable and relaxing as can be. Stayed February 2013, traveled as a family. My husband decided he wanted us to renew our wedding vows,on our 10th wedding anniversary with all the family present,somewhere warm! Not an easy request to fulfil when our wedding anniversary is in November. I searched the Internet and came across Casa Pino Solo,how lucky was I,a villa that would accommodate all the family and at the same time let us all have our individual space,a great idea when there are so many different age groups. After lots of emails with Lisa,she was able to arrange everything that I wanted and more!. I had a clear idea of what I wanted,the cakes and flowers were beautiful. The service was great and everything was included that we wanted! The sun even came out for the day,I think Lisa even arranged that for us too!. We had flamingo dancers in the evening which were great,even though it was cold,Nigel arranged all the patio heaters for us,everything was thought out for us to enjoy ourselves and we did-thank you so much Lisa & Nigel. The rest of the holiday,well what can I say,it was great even though we had a couple of days rain,we were still able to enjoy ourselves,there are so many things at the villa to keep everyone amused,the kids never once said they were bored!. Lisa and Nigel are brilliant hosts,they gave us so much information when we wanted to go anywhere,even arranging to drop one of us at the bar and picking him up again!. Lisa arranged for us to eat out when we wanted to and even arranged the taxis for us! The night before we came home,the bars were shut for food locally and we did not really want to travel,Lisa arranged for one of the local bar owns to cook us some food and deliver it to us,WHAT A SERVICE!. We cannot fault anything at the villa and Lisa and Nigel are brilliant,they really made our Wedding Renewal a great day and our holiday was excellent! We would have no doubts about recommending Casa Pino Solo for a great holiday,at anytime of the year and it doesn't matter what age you are!
