At Casa Pino Solo we offer full flexibility to all of our valued guests and you are able to rent the whole of this amazing villa that opens out to a stunning property sleeping up to 20 people.
There is so much space for everyone including 7 bedrooms,6 bathrooms,5 kitchens and even 4 lounge areas.For the year 09 we have 3 brand new ,and of course the best quality, leather double sofa beds and if you require cots or additional camp beds this is no problem at all.
 This option is perfect for a large family of different generations to come and holiday in style and we even have a room with disabled facilities offering full versatility for your needs and full access on the whole of the ground floor,Or why not get a group of friends together so you can chill out and enjoy all the facilities here including the jacuzzi,heated pool and games area.You really wont want to go anywhere else as once the bbq is lit and the wine is flowing ,thats what you call relaxation.
There are an abundance of patio areas and terraces to soak up the sun and enjoy the breath taking views that are all around you.Outside is a fantastic waterproof pergola with sofas,a tv and sky sports with setanta for the enthusiasts.
There are 6 tvs dotted all around the villa offering freeview,sky sports in the main lounge and a fantastic 42 inch plasma.The tvs have the kids programmes perfect to keep all ages entertained.
All of our accommodation is equipt to the highest of standards with luxury bedding,dressing gowns,thick mattress toppers and extravagant touches around to give you the luxury "home from home" feel.
The beautiful lounge area has a large welcoming open log fire,internet conection and a corner sofa that is so comfortable.There is heating around the villa for the winter evenings to give you a cozy night in.Air con is in the two main bedrooms and the rest have ceiling fans or stand up fans for the hot summer evenings.

We offer fantastic services for you all and can organise many activities including beauty treatments,quad biking,aqua aerobics and even gala buffets and hot paella delivered to the door.If you are wanting to celebrate a special occasion and have any requests just ask as we are able to organise most things and want everything to be absolutely perfect for you all.
Our beautiful villa is perfect in every way for groups even with a few tapas bars in walking distance with excellent food and very cheap prices.
Our prices for the whole villa do vary according to the time of year and are listed below in pounds per week.
April/May/June - 2400 pounds
July/August - 3025 pounds
Sept/Oct - 2400 pounds
Nov- March - 2070 pounds
Xmas and New Year - 3025 pounds
If you wish to book for less than a week please enquire for prices and availability.
We require 1000 pounds deposit per week to secure the whole villa and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.We also take a 500 pounds breakages bond that is
refunded after your holiday if there is no damage.
